A little about me...

Hi, I’m Sarah Wallace. I live in Redding, California with my husband and daughter, and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021. Discovering yoga has truly transformed my life—it’s given me more clarity, joy, and connection than I ever imagined.

My passion is bringing people together and helping them make the most of this one beautiful life. Yoga is the tool I use to create that sense of fun, growth, and community. Over the years, I’ve hosted events and retreats both locally and abroad, and now I’m so excited to launch this membership. My hope is to remove barriers that keep people from practicing yoga and to make it easier for everyone to grow, connect, and thrive together. Let's go!
