
At Movement & Mindset events we teach kids about yoga, breathwork & chat about an important mindset/personal development topic. Each session includes introductions and an ice breaker so the kids can make new friends. These sessions can help provide physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits to kids. Typically ages 7-13.
We have a 4-part series on Gratitude, Self-Talk, Courage & Confidence. And can also host individual sessions.
