The event kicks off with a beginner friendly yoga flow lead by Sarah Wallace. Our gentle stretch will end with a 15-minute sound meditation lead by Evolved Star Sound. We then move from mats to tables and enjoy delicious charcuterie and a motivational talk by Greg Wallan!!

Greg Wallan is a business owner, father, and transformative life coach. His talk is titled: “Cycle- breakers & Abundance Chasers” Rise. Radiate. Repeat.
